At Ernest Doe Online Country Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unused, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
